Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• Up to two years of IT/support experience or related coursework.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to learn time and attendance systems, HRIS platforms, and vendor support processes.
• Strong attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate time clocks and badge deployment, inventory, configuration, and replacement.
• Configure and maintain time-entry rules and attendance policies within the timekeeping system.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting for HRIS, devices, and secure email systems.
• Support data validation, testing, and rollout of HRIS changes.
• Deliver end-user training and assistance for HRIS and timekeeping processes.
