Job summary

SIR GROUT in Jacksonville is hiring a FULL TIME Service Technician to perform floor/hard surface restoration in homes and businesses. You will use our machinery to beautify marble, travertine, tile, and more, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on, in-field role, not an office position. The ideal candidate has customer-first attitude, experience with floor machines, and a reliable work ethic.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience and strong service orientation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to pass a drug test and have a clean driving record.
• Own a vehicle and phone, ready for field work in Jacksonville area.
• Florida MVR required and able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Show up on-time for each job and perform initial walk-through with customer.
• Complete all quoted tasks to customer satisfaction.
• Answer customer questions calmly and professionally.
• Conduct final walk-through inspection with customer.
• Collect payment and obtain customer sign-off on invoice.
• Provide full update to office before leaving site.
