Job summary

Sir Grout Tampa in Jacksonville is hiring a FULL TIME Service Technician to perform floor and hard surface restoration in homes and businesses. The ideal candidate will handle marble, travertine, and tile surfaces with our machinery, ensuring customers are completely satisfied.

Requirements include a customer-first attitude, ability to operate a 175 rpm floor machine, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

Customer-first attitude and professional interaction with clients.
Experience with 175 rpm floor machines or swing machines.
Detail-oriented, clean, meticulous and organized.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable, honest and on-time.
Able to lift heavy equipment (75 lbs.) and transport gear.
Willing to work weekdays, some Saturdays and some evenings.
Must pass drug test and have a clean Florida driver record.
Must have own vehicle and phone.
Construction or stone restoration background and sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform floor and hard surface restoration and resealing.
Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Use company machinery and materials to restore marble, travertine, tile floors, showers, countertops and other surfaces.
