Job summary

Soleo Health Inc. is seeking a Full-time Therapy Care Specialist to support our specialty infusion patients in the Tempe, AZ area. This in-office role involves coordinating patient care, dispensing logistics, and ensuring accurate data capture under pharmacist supervision.

Candidates must be a licensed Pharmacy Technician in Arizona with PTCB or NHA certification. Experience with scheduling deliveries and working with infusion patients is preferred. No weekend shifts. On-site required.

Qualifications

Must be licensed as Pharmacy Technician in Arizona.
Experience in home infusion, compounding or specialty pharmacy.
Strong customer service and coordination skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; knowledge of Insight, CPR, Genesys, Citus, AlayaCare.

Responsibilities

Act as single point of contact for specialty patients and coordinate timely medication dispense and delivery.
Under supervision of pharmacist to capture assessment data and schedule deliveries.
Run daily/weekly pharmacy reports as needed.
Answer phones, monitor faxes and refill queues; coordinate authorizations with billing staff.
Document all patient interactions in the system for clear communication.
Coordinate patient care across teams during service with Soleo Health.
Complete therapy-specific training as required.
