Banyan Treatment Centers in Laurel Run, PA is seeking a clinically skilled PHP Therapist to deliver direct therapeutic services within our behavioral health and substance use programs. The role includes comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention.

You will collaborate with medical providers and case management, maintain documentation, and contribute to discharge planning, while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Master’s degree in a field that qualifies for professional clinical licensure.
• Minimum of two years of clinical therapy experience in behavioral health or substance use settings.
• Active clinical license in the applicable state (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent).
• Experience in residential, inpatient, or detoxification levels of care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and ASAM evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and referral sources.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
