Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers seeks a clinically skilled Therapist to deliver direct therapeutic services within our behavioral health and substance use programs at Cathedral City (on-site). The role includes assessments, treatment planning, individual/group/family therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination throughout the patient’s treatment episode.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related human services field and licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using ASAM criteria and biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare.
• Maintain compliant documentation and assist in supervision and quality initiatives.
