Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers seeks a clinically skilled PHP Therapist to provide direct therapeutic services within our behavioral health and substance use treatment programs. This on-site role in Laurel Run, PA involves clinical assessment, treatment planning, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy to a multidisciplinary team.

The Therapist collaborates with medical providers, case management, and treatment teams to ensure ethical, evidence-based care, maintain regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related human services field that qualifies licensure.
• Minimum of two years clinical therapy experience in behavioral health/substance use treatment.
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in residential/inpatient/detox settings preferred.
• Knowledge of confidentiality regulations and Joint Commission standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and ASAM criteria evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy per program standards.
• Coordinate with case management and medical teams for continuity of care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and meet regulatory requirements.
• Engage families and provide collateral contacts as clinically indicated.
• Apply crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
