Job summary

Delta College in University Center, MI is seeking an Office Professional/Test Proctor on site. The position supports the Academic Testing division, working 29 hours per week with a starting hourly wage of $15.37 to $17.04, commensurate with qualifications.

Responsibilities include managing test materials, administering various exams, assisting with accommodations, and handling clerical tasks. The role requires reliability, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic testing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Willingness to learn specialized testing software.

Responsibilities

• Receive and release academic tests from and to faculty and/or staff.
• Administer academic tests according to policy and procedures to students.
• Assist with providing approved accommodations to students, including acting as a live reader.
• Score academic exams (using a Scantron machine) upon request.
• Print out academic reports for faculty upon request.
• Enter test information in and out of appropriate databases.
• Monitor student activities while testing is taking place.
• Maintain filing system and respond to inquiries and operate office equipment.
