POSITION SUMMARY :
Primary responsibilities include ensuring that all testing materials required for administering academic, placement, business/industry, proctored, credit-by-exam, CLEP , and others offered through the Testing Center are readily available and current in order to meet the needs and demands of students, faculty, staff and community. This position is responsible for ensuring all appropriate procedures are followed prior to, during and following all testing. This position is responsible for the confidentiality and security of all testing materials. In addition, this position is responsible for performing routine clerical, receptionist and software program support duties as needed to meet daily departmental operational needs. This position requires organizational, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time management skills. This position requires effective oral and written communication in conjunction with people and technical skills in order to accomplish effective and efficient day-to-day operations. While performing the duties of this position, the employee will be required to stand/and or walk 90% of the time during each shift.
