Job summary

Smart Financial Credit Union in Conroe, TX is seeking a part-time Virtual Teller to deliver high-quality member service while processing transactions and assisting members with credit union products and services. The role is fully on-site and requires strong customer service and sales skills.

The position is 30 hours per week with an emphasis on accurate transaction processing, referrals, and compliance. A high school diploma is required, and prior retail or teller experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year to 3 years experience in a similar or related role.
• Retail sales experience with strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately, efficiently, and timely (cash, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, etc.).
• Provide information and referrals to members seeking other services.
• Answer questions about member accounts and refer to a Relationship Specialist when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Comply with all policies, laws, and regulations (BSA/OFAC etc.).
