Job summary

The Farm & Forge Club in College Grove, TN is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to provide hands-on technology support for staff, coaches, and members. You will handle everyday IT issues, AV setup, and livestream operations to ensure a smooth digital experience during practices, classes, and events.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will help maintain equipment, assist with onboarding, and deliver exceptional customer service while adapting to evolving technology needs on campus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional customer service to employees, members, athletes, families, and guests.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, software, account access, and basic network connectivity.
• Provide audiovisual and livestream support for tournaments and events.
• Prepare, test, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual and streaming equipment.
• Record issues, steps taken, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate technology readiness with organizers, coaches, and staff.
• Maintain equipment inventory and assist with onboarding and setup procedures.
