Farm & Forge Club in College Grove, TN is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to deliver hands-on tech support for staff, members, and guests. You will handle everyday tech issues, audiovisual setup, and livestream operations during events.

Training will be provided on the club’s systems, streaming equipment, and event procedures. The role requires strong customer service, calm and clear communication, and willingness to learn in a dynamic club environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Remain calm and organized under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Comfort with everyday digital tools and office apps.
• Experience with livestream or audiovisual systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide attentive, professional assistance to employees, members, families, and guests.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, and network access.
• Support livestream setup, testing, and on-site operations.
• Assist with equipment setup, onboarding, and training.
• Record issues and resolutions with follow-up.
• Coordinate readiness with staff and tournament organizers.
• Maintain equipment inventory and documentation.
• Escalate issues when beyond scope and keep customers informed.
