Qualifications

• Must have open availability 5am to 7pm and able to work weekends on-site.
• Technical Support Experience preferably in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support assistance for electronic lockboxes, access keys and listings.
• Multi-task tools and screens to perform technical support assistance via telephone efficiently.
• Follow call-handling procedures to ensure uniform support within department guidelines.
