Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors.

• Experience interpreting, explaining and applying regulations, laws, or complex policies to carry out assignments.
• Experience entering and retrieving data using a computerized records system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update supply chain records including orders and vendor files.
• Verify data accuracy in inventory systems and fix discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory controls and audits.
• Prepare routine management reports on supply trends and usage.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance for document flow.
• Support audits and compliance reviews with documentation.
• Suggest improvements to record keeping procedures.
