Job summary

Job Juncture in Houston, TX is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to provide technical customer support and manage quoting and order activities for industrial gears, gearboxes, and related equipment. The role is on-site only.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to diagnose issues, prepare technical quotations, track repair progress, and maintain accurate records, while delivering a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years supporting rotating equipment or industrial machinery in a customer-facing role.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings, catalogs, and equipment documentation is a plus.
• ERP experience, preferably Epicor, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding rotating equipment issues.
• Manage customer orders in the ERP system and provide timely status updates to sales and customers.
• Evaluate repair requirements and develop detailed repair estimates and technical quotations.
