Job summary

F1 Consultancy Llc is seeking a Technical Consultant to support client-facing technical operations. The role emphasizes hardware, software, and networking expertise, with a focus on professional, dependable service within a fast-paced environment.

On-site work at client locations is required, with travel and overtime as needed. This full-time, non-exempt position offers medical, dental, life insurance, a 401K plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven experience in customer-facing technical support.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Physically able to walk long distances, lift and move up to 20 lbs., and work on show-sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update knowledge of current technologies through continual research and training.
• Collaborate with technical lead and project manager on events.
• Provide top-tier technical support for executives and high-tech clients.
• Install and configure equipment and systems required for each event.
• Develop leadership and technical skills through self-motivation.
• Uphold professional standards in the office and on site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
