Benchmark Senior Living in Lincoln, MA is seeking an IT Technical Programming Coordinator to serve as the on-site technology resource for residents, staff, and vendors. Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent combination of education and technology experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, mobile devices, access control systems, and technology support.
• Excellent communication, training, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide support in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality or a multi-sized environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site technology resource for residents, staff, vendors, and Home Office.
• Educate, troubleshoot and support residents and families on computers, mobile devices, email, social media, streaming services, and cybersecurity education.
• Develop technology resources, training materials, and educational programs.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
• Primary administrator for phone, life safety - including eCall - and security equipment, timeclocks, and resident credentials.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of residents and associates including internet, phone, cable and community technology services.
• Lead and support community technology implementations, upgrades, and expansion projects.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions to improve resident and staff experiences.
