The Gatesworth Communities is seeking a Full-Time Technology Support Concierge to assist residents with everyday technology. You will provide patient, compassionate support and build confidence in using smartphones, tablets, laptops, streaming devices, and more. The role includes setting up devices, troubleshooting, and leading tech classes on-site in St.

About the Role

The Gatesworth, a U.S. News & World Report Best Independent Living Community, is seeking a tech-savvy Technology Support Concierge with a genuine passion for helping others. In this role, you will work directly with our residents, providing patient, compassionate support that builds confidence and independence with everyday technology.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one support with smartphones, tablets, laptops, streaming services, and more.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot personal devices.
• Lead group classes and presentations on technology topics.
• Help residents connect with family and friends through video calling, email, and apps.
• Develop simple guides and resources to answer common technology questions.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Pay for this position is $18.00 per hour.

• Comfortable with consumer technology across iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac.
