The Resident Technology Support Specialist provides personalized, hands‑on technology support to residents, helping them confidently use and enjoy a wide range of everyday technology. This role combines strong technical skills with exceptional customer service to deliver on‑site troubleshooting, device setup, technology education, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate is patient, approachable, and passionate about helping others navigate technology in a clear and understandable way.
