Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience required.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platforms.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in high volume staffing.
• Flexibility in required schedule with afternoon and evening availability; weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process to fill high-volume part-time staffing needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to define roles and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for part-time roles.
• Identify active or passive candidates to meet talent needs.
• Respond to candidate inquiries via online platforms and job boards.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
• Schedule interviews and provide hiring recommendations to leadership.
• Promote OSJL brand initiatives and community engagement.
