Responsibilities

• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to understand position requirements and business needs.
• Execute hiring processes from sourcing to selection and schedule interviews.
• Administer pre-employment tests and reference checks.
• Collaborate on compensation proposals and understand market data.
• Extend offers and communicate employer value effectively.
• Develop relationships with management and HR partners across the organization.
• Leverage ATS and tech tools to streamline hiring and improve candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines and promote the organization via social media.
