Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 5+ years as payroll manager with UKG experience.
• Experience with UKG HRIS, including reporting and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and wage/hour rules.
• Dashboards in Tableau and HR data reporting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for Tribal Operations teams across the organization.
• Maintain accurate payroll data, benefits and deductions, and reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, and tax filings including W-2s.
• Oversee day-to-day HRIS operations: access control, maintenance, issue resolution.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports communicating workforce trends.
• Lead annual performance reviews, merit administration, and open enrollment.
