Enviromatic Systems is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a workforce across Texas, Florida, Tennessee, the Carolinas, and Georgia. You will manage user accounts, devices, and software in a Microsoft EntraID environment, provide day-to-day support, and automate repetitive tasks.

The role fits someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and being the go-to person when something breaks. On-site work in Grand Prairie, TX with occasional after-hours and travel as needed.

Competenze

• 3-5 years in systems administration or IT support in a Microsoft environment.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 and EntraID administration, plus Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Intune or other MDM experience, ideally including Autopilot.
• PowerShell scripting for automation (Microsoft Graph is a plus).
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
• Strong troubleshooting, customerservice, and communications skills with non-technical users.

Mansioni

• Identity & access: Administer EntraID (users, groups, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, access reviews) and Intune configuration profiles.
• Onboarding & offboarding: Create accounts, provision access and licenses, ship and setup equipment, and deprovision the same day; automate workflows with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, Entra lifecycle workflows, and HRIS integrations.
• Software deployment: Deploy, patch, and update software with Intune, Autopilot, and Windows Update for Business; test before rollout and manage Microsoft365 licensing and renewals.
• Hardware deployment: Procure, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals; coordinate shipping/returns and track inventory through refresh and secure disposal.
• Helpdesk: Provide Tier1/2 support via ticketing, email, chat, phone, and in-person; resolve requests within SLA, escalate with follow-through, and maintain searchable knowledgebase.
• Systems & security: Administer Microsoft365, Windows Server, and Active Directory; monitor system health and support MFA, Defender, and patch compliance.
• Documentation & improvement: Automate or eliminate recurring issues and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and system documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
