Job summary

Abonmarche is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and administer our IT environment, including Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows Autopilot. You will work closely with the IT Operations Director to ensure secure, reliable technology across the organization in a South Bend, IN setting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity environments, plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills to support a diverse user base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional information technology experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a business environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune and deploying Windows devices through Windows Autopilot.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 workstations in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VPNs, and the Meraki Dashboard.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching and wireless networking.
• Experience with Active Directory and hybrid Microsoft identity environments.
• Experience deploying, updating, and troubleshooting business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to work through unfamiliar problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, licensing, and related services.
• Assist with identity and access management, including provisioning/deprovisioning and MFA/CA policies.
• Administer Windows workstations using Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Configure and maintain endpoint policies, security configurations, and device provisioning.
• Support Microsoft Teams configurations and integrations.
• Support Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, wireless APs, VPNs, VLANs, and SD-WAN.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity issues.
• Provide Tier 2/3 IT support for workstation, app, and infrastructure issues.
• Assist with administration of Autodesk products and design applications (if applicable).
• Maintain technical documentation and inventories; assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred

3+ years of professional information technology experience

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
