Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Office 365 Administrator to manage the Microsoft 365 tenant, Intune, and Entra ID across enterprise devices. The role emphasizes secure access, device compliance, and efficient application management within a collaborative IT team.

You will deploy Win32/MSI apps, configure Autopilot, and maintain governance via policy management while coordinating with security and networking groups to improve services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
• 2-3 years hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune.
• Microsoft certifications: MD-102 and/or MS-102; AZ-900 or SC-900 a plus.
• Experience with Intune device configuration, compliance policies, and Win32/MSI deployment.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains the Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Deploys and maintains applications via Intune using Win32/MSI methods with detection and rules.
• Manages deployment targets through Entra ID groups and assignment filters.
• Handles incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in ServiceNow.
• Keeps asset, inventory, and CMDB records accurate.
• Handles provisioning, licensing, reporting, and endpoint administration.
• Collaborates with security, networking, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
