Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding Americas is seeking an experienced IT Site Administrator to be the point of contact for application, network, hardware, and software issues at the Tennessee site. The role focuses on maintaining uptime, implementing new infrastructure, and supporting MES and business applications.

The successful candidate will deploy SDWAN, VPN, firewalls, and backups, provide desktop and server support, and assist in site migrations and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–8+ years of IT experience in mid to large-cap markets (>$500M).
• Specialized skills in AD, MS Azure, networking, or other infrastructure areas.
• Available for 24-hour support.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid organizational and prioritization skills with multi-tasking ability.
• High concentration, detail-orientation, energy, and self-motivation.
• Able to interact well with all personality types and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for application, network, hardware, and software issues and enhancements at the site.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related environments; support IT, business, and MES projects.
• Deploy and manage SDWAN, firewalls, backups, and VPN solutions.
• Provide desktop and server support; assist with site migrations and new site acquisitions.
• Train and onboard new associates; travel to other HEXPOL sites as required.
• Ensure uptime and performance of the plant’s technology and telecommunications systems.
