Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator II to support our government customer at Ellsworth AFB, Rapid City, SD. You will configure, monitor, and troubleshoot desktop and server environments, manage Windows 11 and Windows Server, and assist with security and incident response on a rotating shift basis.

The role requires a US citizen with a Top-Secret clearance eligibility, CompTIA Security+ CE, be trained to DoD 8570.01-M IAT II, and have 2–4 years of IT experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred with ongoing training.
• Must possess CompTIA Security+ CE and DoD 8570.01-M IAT II training.
• Must possess a state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of desktops, servers, and networks.
• Install, upgrade and administer Windows 11 and server OS in multi-user environments.
• Provide IT help desk support and incident response.
