Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator II to support our government customer at Ellsworth AFB, Rapid City, SD. The role involves configuring and troubleshooting desktops and servers, providing IT help desk support, and assisting with documentation and root cause analysis.

Required 2–4 years IT experience, Windows 11/Server administration, Office 365, and DoD IA certifications. On-site shifts, TS/SCI clearance eligibility, and a benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years IT and Windows OS experience.
• Experience managing workstations, information systems, and networks (hardware and software).
• Knowledge of network topology, standards, and protocols.
• Hands-on experience administering Windows 11 and Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting of desktops and servers and networks.
• Participate in installation and administration of local systems using multiple protocols and tools.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and assist root cause analysis.
• Install, upgrade, and administer OS and applications in multi-user environments (Windows).
• Provide IT help desk support and training to users.
