Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator II to support our government customer at Ellsworth AFB, Rapid City, SD. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, and provide help desk support to users in a DoD environment.

Under supervision, you’ll handle desktop/server management, document issues, and participate in operational tasks requiring Windows 11/Server, Office 365, and network knowledge.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of IT and Windows OS experience in the field.
• Experience administering Windows 11 and Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Strong understanding of network topology, standards and protocols.
• Proficient with Office 365 and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting of desktops and servers.
• Participate in installation and administration of local systems using multiple protocols.
• Document problems, perform root cause analysis and suggest changes.
• Install, upgrade, and administer operating systems and software in multi-user environments.
• Provide IT help desk support to users.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
