Job summary

Martin County Hospital District is seeking an on-site IT Systems Administrator to maintain and upgrade the production server environment. You will monitor performance, diagnose issues, and ensure uptime and security for hospital systems and clinics.

You will manage server tasks, assist the help desk, and coordinate with teams on backups, SAN health, and 365 administration. A strong IT foundation and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on VMware vCenter and ESXi experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Server 2012 and up.
• Linux server experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper deployment and updating of production server environments.
• Proactively monitor performance and availability of applications and infrastructure to troubleshoot root causes.
• Ensure uptime, performance, and security of hospital server environments.
