Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of experience in systems administration or a similar IT role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, TCP/IP networking, DHCP, DNS, M365, and endpoint support.
• Ability to learn and support clinical and health information systems, including EHR and PACS applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, customer service, and follow-through skills.

Aufgaben

• Deploy, monitor, maintain, upgrade, and support IT systems, including laptops, desktops, printers, telecommunications equipment, virtual servers, network switches, firewalls, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, LDAP, and related infrastructure services.
• Assist with server lifecycle planning, maintenance, and troubleshooting; configure and support network infrastructure, including switches and wireless.
• Maintain Windows workstation/server patching and troubleshoot endpoint(OS) deployment activities.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security settings.
