Job summary

IntelliBee Inc. is seeking on-site Systems Administrator engineers in Detroit, MI to install, manage, and troubleshoot an enterprise compute, storage, and desktop environment including Office 365, Azure, VMware, and backup solutions.

The role requires 1–2+ years in enterprise infrastructure, strong Windows Server and AD skills, virtualization experience, and the ability to work Mon–Fri on-site. Training and growth opportunities are offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in CS, Eng or related field, OR High School Diploma with 2+ years enterprise infra experience.
• Experience with Windows Server platforms, AD, and virtualization environments.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Azure, SCCM/Intune, backup solutions and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Install, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise compute, storage, and desktop environment.
• Provide 24x7x365 support for hardware and software as needed.
• Create and maintain SOP documentation and reporting for performance.
• Work onsite every day (Mon-Fri) and guide staff as needed.
• Assist with data center tasks including rack and stack of equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to staff and contractors.
