Endeavour Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist in Marietta/Atlanta, GA (On-Site) to drive sourcing and purchasing for GridTran hardware.

You will manage on-shore, near-shore, and global supplier base, negotiating pricing, lead times, and terms while supporting SOWs and MSAs with Legal and Finance. You will partner with Engineering, NPI, and Finance to ensure fast, lean, and resilient procurement for prototype through pilot and mass manufacturing, coordinating with the parent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience for electronic, electro-mechanical, or industrial hardware.
• Experience with power conversion products: RFQ, BOM sourcing, and shipping.
• Startup/NPI pace: proven success buying for prototypes with frequent design changes.
• Procure-to-Pay fluency: requisition through invoice matching and payment with AP involvement.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Purchase Execution: convert requisitions/BOMs into RFQs, compare quotes, place POs, manage orders.
• Coordinate with Endeavour AP & accounting to route purchases through approvals and resolve invoice holds.
• Track all open orders live from approval to payment and flag build-schedule risks.
• Expedite long-lead parts and collaborate with engineering/NPI to mitigate delays.
• Source, onboard, and build readiness for prototype to mass manufacturing suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs, and payment terms; support SOW/MSA with Legal.
• Coordinate inbound logistics, manage import paperwork, and address tariff impacts.
• Develop lightweight procurement processes, templates, thresholds, and budget tracking.
