Endeavour is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing and purchasing for GridTran’s hardware products, interfacing with Engineering, NPI, and Finance to support development, on-site manufacturing, and transition to contract mass manufacturing.

The role will build and manage Endeavour's supplier network globally, negotiating pricing, lead times, and terms, while driving a lean, cost-effective supply chain to support rapid startup execution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on procurement experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience for electronic, electro-mechanical, or industrial hardware.
• Experience sourcing BOMs for power conversion products (PCB, BOM sourcing, RFQ, fabrication, assembly).
• Startup/NPI pace with frequent design changes, short lead times, and evolving requirements.
• Procure-to-Pay fluency across requisition, invoice matching, and payment with AP coordination.
• ERP and MRP systems proficiency and advanced Excel for tracking/reporting.
• Strong ownership, clear communication with engineers, suppliers, and finance staff.
• Willing to travel occasionally (up to ~10%).

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Purchase Execution from requisition to PO delivery.
• Coordinate with Endeavour AP & Accounting to route purchases and resolve invoice holds.
• Maintain a live tracker of orders and flag build-schedule risks.
• Expedite long-lead and constrained parts with engineering/NPI.
• Source and onboard new suppliers for prototype to mass manufacturing.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs, payment terms, and tooling/NRE charges.
• Support SOW, NDA, and MSA with Legal/Finance.
• Manage inbound shipping, import paperwork, and tariff impacts.
• Build lightweight procurement processes, templates, and budgets.
