Job summary

Rapid Locking Systems, part of Marmon Holdings, is hiring a Supply Chain Manager in Hazelwood, MO to oversee materials planning, procurement, inventory, and supplier coordination on-site.

You will partner with production, quality, engineering, finance, and suppliers to align material availability with production schedules, drive lean improvements, and optimize ERP and data analytics to boost efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of supply chain, procurement, inventory management, scheduling, logistics, or manufacturing operations experience.
• Strong ERP and data-analytics proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI for performance analysis preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee materials planning, procurement, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
• Partner with production, quality, engineering, finance to align material availability.
• Lead lean initiatives and ERP-related improvements.
• Develop and manage project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, budgets.
• Coordinate activities, monitor progress, mitigate risks.
• Lead sourcing and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Monitor vendor performance and optimize costs.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand.
• Support data-driven decision-making with metrics.
