Job summary

RLS LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Hazelwood, MO on-site. You will oversee materials planning, procurement, inventory, supplier coordination, and lean initiatives to align with production and business objectives.

You’ll work with production, quality, engineering, finance and suppliers, lead cross-functional sourcing, negotiate contracts, manage risk and implement ERP, Power BI insights, and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain, materials management, procurement, inventory management, scheduling, logistics, or manufacturing operations experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ERP systems, materials management tools, automation, and related process improvements.
• Experience using Power BI or similar data analysis and visualization tools to evaluate supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee materials planning and procurement to support production needs.
• Manage inventory and coordinate supplier activities to align with production schedules.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and ERP-related improvements.
• Develop and manage project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and monitor vendor performance for reliable materials supply.
• Coordinate demand planning with production, quality, engineering, and finance teams.
