Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Agoura Hills, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day purchasing and inventory operations, including PO processing, vendor coordination, and shipment tracking. You will help ensure materials are ordered, documented, and delivered on time while maintaining accurate records and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in purchasing or supply chain, experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/NetSuite/Oracle), strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory control in a transactional or administrative capacity, with demonstrated accuracy in order processing and documentation.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel skills for basic reporting and data entry integrity.
• Proven ability to coordinate with vendors, carriers, or freight forwarders and resolve discrepancies while maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders per pricing and inventory requirements.
• Obtain quotations from approved suppliers and maintain current vendor pricing and lead times.
• Track open orders, expediting late shipments, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify order accuracy by reconciling requisitions, POs, invoices, and receipts; resolve discrepancies.
