Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison among Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Suppliers.

This role identifies shortages and disruptions, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution and support production schedules and customer commitments. The successful candidate will attend daily production meetings, monitor for supply risks, and maintain accurate records while working on-site

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, materials planning, purchasing, or related manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills across departments.
• Must be able to work on-site five days per week and support production floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily production meetings and represent Supply Chain in discussions about material availability and schedule risks.
• Serve as primary point of contact between multiple departments for material-related concerns.
• Monitor operations to identify supply chain issues affecting production schedules.
• Investigate shortages, inventory discrepancies, and transaction errors.
• Coordinate corrective actions to restore material availability and maintain production flow.
• Track and report open supply chain issues with timely action items.
• Escalate material risks to management when necessary.
• Support buyers and planners by communicating priorities and expediting materials.
• Assist with inventory accuracy initiatives and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate records of shortages and actions in company systems.
• Generate reports on material availability and production support.
