Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Materials Supervisor to lead a team focused on stocking levels and on-time delivery. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Supply, Engineering, Planning and Operations to optimize material flow and BOM accuracy.

You will develop KPI dashboards, manage ERP/MRP activities, and drive improvements in production planning. Must have strong Excel skills and be able to handle a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or business management.
• 1–3 years supervision experience in manufacturing planning.
• 3+ years in production planning and materials management.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytics.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage stocking levels and inventory goals.
• Develop KPI dashboards and monitor on-time delivery performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply, Engineering and Operations.
• Ensure material availability to support daily production needs.
• Attend daily production meetings and escalate shortages as needed.
• Ensure BOM accuracy and manage substitutions and dispositions.
