Trane Technologies plc is offering a 12-week Summer internship in Construction Project Management across North America. The program aims to develop your technical, business, leadership, and communication skills while you work alongside a Project Manager to execute project objectives within time and resource constraints.

You will gain insight into a PM career focusing on energy-efficient buildings and may join our Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Competenze

Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the entire duration of the summer internship.
Pursuing Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Engineering, or related field.
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Mansioni

Plan and coordinate assigned projects, establish schedules, and set procedures to accomplish system objectives.
Work with the engineering team to support programming and material selection activities.
Assist in establishing and maintaining an operations budget for projects and monitor forecasted costs.
Collaborate on RFQ preparations including scope statements, milestones, specs, bonding requirements, and billing schedules.
Assist in supervising subcontractors and coordinating with owners and team members on scope, budgets, and issues.
