Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
• Assist residents with inquiries and requests; reference policies and services.
• Assist with leasing and marketing, including tours and inquiries.
• Develop and implement community engagement activities and events.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain resident records.
• Support room assignments, move-ins, and move-outs; maintain bulletin boards and communications.
• Promote safety by following policies and reporting issues.
• Collaborate with staff and participate in training and development.
• Participate in the turn process.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
