Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of BMS, EPMS and security scopes across the project.
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors, controls vendors, commissioning teams and wider project team.
• Review drawings, RFIs and submittals; manage change orders and project documentation.
• Coordinate BMS/EPMS interfaces with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Support commissioning, testing, startup and turnover of systems.
• Track schedules, budgets and package-level progress.
• Work with electrical, mechanical, commissioning, and security teams to meet quality and compliance requirements.
