Qualifications

• Experience in self-storage management and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Provide excellent customer service experience.
• Respond to calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Perform daily site checks and inspections.
• Assist customers with storage unit rentals.
• Collect payments and process transactions.
• Contact delinquent occupants as needed.
• Generate daily/weekly reports and conduct surveys.
• Oversee maintenance and cleaning of the property.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on site.
• Open as scheduled and adhere to property access rules.
