Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Provide excellent customer service experience.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Perform daily site checks and inspections.
• Assist customers seeking storage units and process payments.
• Contact delinquent occupants as needed.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Coordinate contractor and vendor work on site.
