Job summary

Glacier West Self Storage in Belfair, WA is seeking a Resident Assistant Property Manager who will live on site and manage day-to-day facility operations. You will handle calls, emails, site checks, payments, and reporting while serving as the primary contact for contractors and vendors.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, light cleaning/maintenance experience, and the ability to work independently.

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Resident Assistant Property Manager, with great technical and people skills, to play a key role at Glacier West Location in Belfair, WA. ***This position requires that you live on site.***

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handles day to day operations of the facility
• Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Performs daily site checks
• Collecting and processing payments
• Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance
• Property Inspections
• Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Employee must possess a valid DL
• Light cleaning and maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently without onsite supervision
• Self-Storage experience is a significant plus

Pay rate: $20.00- $21.00 per hour
