Job summary

Girard's Foodservice Dressings in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Staff Accountant for an on-site hourly role. You will support AP, disbursements, expenses, credit card administration, account reconciliations, ERP data maintenance and month-end close.

The role also covers product costing, cost analysis, pricing administration, audits, and process improvement, working with Finance, Operations, Purchasing and Sales to ensure accurate records and informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable, disbursements, expenses and credit card administration.
• Reconcile accounts and maintain ERP data; assist month-end close.
• Prepare vendor pay runs, bank uploads, and reconcile statements.
• Assist with product costing, cost analysis, and pricing administration.
• Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Purchasing and Sales.
