Qualifications

• Experience with inventory cost accounting and GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Hands-on experience with ERP software (Navision/D365 BC).

Responsibilities

• Posting journal entries and accruals.
• Bank account reconciliations.
• Assist with posting bank activity and preparing bank reconciliations.
• Liaise between accounting and operations on forecasted spend for ledger accuracy.
• Support month-end close and provide reports, data, and analyses.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses.
• Investigate discrepancies with appropriate departments.
• Support year-end audit preparations.
