Job summary

Haco Culinary seeks a Staff Accountant to support accounting operations across all locations, based on-site in City of Industry, CA. The role covers accounts payable, disbursements, expenses and credit card administration, month-end close, and product costing with cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's in accounting/finance, strong Excel and ERP experience, and the ability to analyze costs and support pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, AP, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate findings clearly.
• Collaboration across departments and locations with discretion for confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting operations across all locations, including accounts payable and disbursements.
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and cost analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and maintain documentation.
• Support product costing, pricing administration, and cost variance analysis.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure accurate records.
• Assist with audits, controls, and ERP improvement projects.
