Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of corporate accounting experience or accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Experience with accounting processes, internal controls, audit support, process improvement, or system access controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including SUMIF/SUMIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and PivotTables.
• Ability to analyze financial reports, investigate variances, and identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end close activities, reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, and audit preparation.
• Record ASC 842 lease accounting and sponsorship amortization entries.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, credit card transactions, accruals, and prepaid expense schedules.
• Prepare journal entries and account analysis to support month-end close.
• Support daily and monthly sales analyses, and reporting; assist with process improvements.
