RockStep Capital's The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk in New Orleans is seeking a proactive Specialty Leasing Manager to grow Riverwalk’s specialty leasing revenue through local canvassing, tenant outreach, and strategic pop-ups.

This on-site role coordinates with property management, Marketing, Lease Administration and Operations to open new tenants, renew existing agreements, and maintain merchandising standards, with base salary ranging $70k-$80k and year-end bonus eligibility.

Formación

• Two+ years in specialty leasing, retail sales, or related field preferred.
• Experience with temporary leasing, contracts, or tenant coordination is a plus.
• Strong prospecting and revenue-generation capability.

Responsabilidades

• canvass local and regional markets to identify specialty leasing prospects.
• Develop merchandising plans to address vacancies and demand.
• Negotiate terms and secure renewals and new agreements.
• Maintain prospect pipeline and track deal status.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, openings, and documentation.
• Support marketing and events with merchant participation and on-site logistics.
